Growing up in the 8-bit era was a huge part of my childhood, and for the last 27 years I’ve been a hardcore video game fanatic. I decided to pay homage to my roots by getting this tattoo. It was done by Geary Morrill from Outer Limits Tattoo in Long Beach, CA. Geary is a beast at tattooing pixelated images, as this Mario wasn’t the easiest design to do. The mushroom above it is from Monkeys To Go in Whittier, CA.
